You can download and copy the skin file into the game's installation folder.

1. Go to the installation folder: C:\ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ BusSimulator21 \ BusSimulator21 \
2. Create a new folder: "Mods"
3. Copy the downloaded skin file into this folder

Access the Paint Shop in the game and select the downloaded skin under "My Look" » "Wraps", and apply it on your bus.
